Job Description
Cynosure is a market leader in medical aesthetics with over 25 years of experience. We are looking for a Product Returns Specialist to manage the return process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Manage the end-to-end Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process
  • Inspect and verify returned equipment for decontamination, condition, and completeness
  • Log and disposition returned products in ERP and CRM systems
  • Support field equipment retrieval and conduct audits to maintain inventory integrity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Quality, and Customer Service
  • Analyze return data and trends to support continuous improvement and root cause identification
  • Proactively identify and escalate missing, damaged, or misrouted equipment
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to high-impact projects
