Role OverviewAs the Product Specialist for the Material Movement & Specialty Solutions Business Line, you'll work closely with local sales managers, end customers, and global product teams to drive the long-term profitable growth of the Motion NEMA Motors division's product portfolio in the US. A good understanding of AC Motors together with domain and market know-how are essential to be successful in this role.
What You Will Do
Define and deliver optimal technical solutions by translating customer requirements into clear scope, specifications, and value propositions. Drive customer acquisition and order intake in collaboration with sales and global product management, ensuring successful project conversion.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred) and 6+ years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment OR Associate's Degree and 8+ years experience, overseeing multiple products and working hand in hand with roles in Engineering, R&D and Technical Sales.
- Solid knowledge of medium to low voltage AC Motors and applications associated – Preferred.
- Good networking skills, ability to lead by influence with a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
- Skilled in managing complex customer relationships and effectively resolving escalations.
