Job Description
As a Product Support Administrator, you will support the technical, operations, warranty, and transportation departments by providing reporting, documentation, and administrative support to team members ranging from technicians to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Collect data needed for reporting, compile and provide to management.
  • Maintain PIP reporting, SIS subscriptions, ET license, and billing.
  • Provide Tech support materials/schematics, prints and billing.
  • Assign Dealer DSN ticket or Initial call to Tier I or Tier II.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings.
  • Communicate with a wide range of internal and external customers.
  • Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
  • Additional duties as assigned by manager.
