Role OverviewThe Product Support Integrator (PM I) is responsible for coordinating and executing maintenance and product support activities for Department of War robotic, autonomous, and unmanned ground systems. The role serves as a direct liaison to the user community to ensure equipment readiness through effective maintenance planning, support coordination, and logistics management.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and execute day-to-day maintenance and product support activities, plan and coordinate maintenance activities, support schedules, readiness actions, work orders, repair status, parts requirements, and logistics resources.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of ten (10) years of cumulative experience in product support, field service engineering, or maintenance coordination
- Active Secret clearance
- Ability to communicate effectively with Government stakeholders, military end users, technical personnel, subcontractors, and a diverse range of individuals
