Job Description
Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide support and issue resolution over the phone for customers and field representatives. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Requirements
Assume ownership of support cases and follow through until the case has been closed or reassigned
Use available material resources and/or consult with product experts when questions cannot be immediately answered
Advance the resolution of issues in a timely manner
