Job Description
The Product Support Specialist supports sales strategy execution by maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers, identifying needs, and providing appropriate product solutions.

Requirements

  • Support existing accounts and assist with new business development
  • Process RFQs, prepare quotes, and coordinate order fulfillment
  • Identify customer needs and provide solution-based recommendations
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunity reporting
  • Assist with gearbox repair, diagnostics, and reverse engineering projects
  • Support field service activities and inspections
  • Operate measurement and inspection equipment
  • Perform vibration analysis and basic mechanical troubleshooting
  • Follow preventive maintenance and safety procedures
