Role OverviewThe Junior Associate Consultant will assist the Product Technical Support team in identifying, tracking, and resolving issues in the Mercedes-Benz model lines sold and serviced in the US market. The role involves participating in component level tear down and root cause analysis, interfacing with other business units, and maintaining current test and buy back fleets.

Primary responsibilities include assisting in identifying and resolving issues, participating in tear down and root cause analysis, interfacing with other business units, PDI new fleet vehicles, and maintaining current test and buy back fleets.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master’s program or have graduated no more than 12 months prior to internship start date
- Available from September 2026 to February 2026
- 28 hours maximum per week
- Automotive dealership experience
- Proof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)
