This position supports mortgage bankers responsible for originating loans with various capital providers. Key responsibilities include assisting with loan executions, reviewing borrower materials, and structuring lending opportunities.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in a commercial real estate mortgage loan production office or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance or equivalent education and related training
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Excel and modeling skills preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
