Role OverviewPlans and manages the overall production activities in the construction of United States Products (USP) and Custom Order Products (COP) items, as well as sales demonstration kits. Oversees production schedules and applies performance standards for measuring quality, cost, and delivery.
What You Will Do
Manages production staff, monitors production processes, initiates and coordinates cost reduction and efficiency activities, and ensures maximum profitability. Creates and updates BOM and PWI, and ensures new products are in stock on or before their scheduled launch date.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of work experience in an electronic product manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 years manufacturing and/or QA experience
- Expertise with assembly, testing, and repairing of electronic equipment
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate persuasively
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
- Knowledge of standard CRM Database package and other software programs used within the company
