Role OverviewAs part of the Enterprise Technology Services group, you will play a key role in owning and improving the reliability of Bloomberg’s client-facing systems in production environments. This role sits at the center of Bloomberg’s client connectivity ecosystem, supporting mission-critical trading, regulatory, and data workflows for some of the world’s leading financial institutions.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, identify patterns and prevent future incidents, improve system resilience and long-term performance.

Requirements
- Recent degree in computer science, engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, production engineering or a similar role
- Experience troubleshooting distributed systems or networked environments
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, connectivity, data flows)
- Experience with integration or messaging technologies (e.g., APIs, FIX, MQ, SFTP, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
