Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in production design, artwork preparation, graphic design, or related creative work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe XD is helpful but not required
- Experience preparing artwork for print production, embroidery, and product mockups
- Strong understanding of color management, typography, layout principles, and production processes
- Knowledge of CMYK vs. RGB color modes, spot color vs. process color, and vector vs. raster graphics
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality assurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace apps, such as Gmail, Drive, Sheets, and Docs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information and proprietary designs
