Role OverviewAs a Production Associate, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your role and make a direct impact on the quality, safety, and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will assist IWS operators with over wrap machines and fill roll changes, package finished products, inspect cheese products, and perform all necessary cleaning and workplace sanitation requirements. You will work in a busy environment with limited supervision and be flexible to support work in all areas as needed.
What You Will Do
Your key areas of responsibility will include assisting IWS operators with over wrap machines and fill roll changes, packaging finished products, inspecting cheese products, completing all necessary cleaning and workplace sanitation requirements, and recording production information. You will also be required to attend all required company training and perform duties following all good manufacturing practices (GMP's) including food, equipment, and operating safety requirements.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate in English
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior manufacturing experience or food manufacturing experience
