Role OverviewThe Production Associate - Filler will be part of a team that works together to manufacture and package quality paints, stains, and other materials. This work is completed in our production plants utilizing automated filling equipment.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities may include working in a PSM building, setting up and monitoring filling equipment, performing quality inspections, communicating issues to management, and maintaining production line efficiency.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Able to read, understand, and follow instructions and operating procedures in English
- Able to wear all required PPE, including hard hat, FR uniform, steel/composite-toe safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, and other protective gear
- Comfortable working in environments with temperature variations
- Able to stand for long periods and climb stairs
- Able to bend, reach, and lift during tasks that involve transfer hoses, drums, or similar materials
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to safely operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT)
- Basic computer skills (e.g., SAP, Vorne, or similar systems)
- Ability to complete and demonstrate understanding of required safety training
