Job Description
Production Associate - Fountain Store. This position will process donated items into inventory, interact with customers, and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills are required.

Requirements

  • Sort donated items by type, hang, size, and price items to be sold on the sales floor.
  • Inspect and test items as needed to ensure they are in good workable condition.
  • Make decisions to price items according to Goodwill standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer product questions as needed.
  • Rotate or pull old or unsold product from the sales floor to ensure product selection is refreshed as necessary.
