Job Description
The Production Associate at RWB Thrift is responsible for executing diverse tasks and processes within backroom operations. This position requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or back of house experience is preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to safely perform job functions
  • Physical strength to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Endurance to stand for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity to perform repetitive motions
  • Fine motor skills to perform tasks involving seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands
  • Balance and agility to maintain body equilibrium
  • Visual acuity to possess clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
