Perform diverse tasks and processes within backroom operations as assigned, maintain cleanliness and organization in backroom areas, follow company policies and procedures for efficient and safe operations, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support store operations.

Requirements
- Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or back of house experience is preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to safely perform job functions
- Physical strength to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Endurance to stand for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity to perform repetitive motions
- Fine motor skills to perform tasks involving seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands
- Balance and agility to maintain body equilibrium
- Visual acuity to possess clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
