Role OverviewAs a Production Associate, you'll perform hands-on manufacturing work that contributes to products that make a difference in people's lives. You'll work as part of our Custom Fabrication team to manufacture and assemble custom prosthetic products while following established quality and safety standards.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include performing hands-on production and fabrication work, using hand and power tools, assembling and fabricating products, and inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing, production, construction, fabrication, automotive, woodworking, or similar hands-on experience
- Comfortable using or willing to learn how to use hand and power tools
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in hands-on work
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and production processes
