Role OverviewA Production Associate is responsible for producing quality product per production schedule with working knowledge of production equipment and operating safely within established guidelines. The role involves actively participating in Bunge’s Employee Safety Policy and maintaining a safe work environment for self and all employees. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with occasional overtime as needed.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include operating all machinery for each line assigned, stacking lines, hand-packing lines, palletizing boxes, and performing other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor. The role also involves maintaining general housekeeping of the areas assigned and assisting in maintaining the quality of the product for the assigned area.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school graduate or equivalent, proficiency with basic communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds or less repeatedly for ten hours. The candidate should also be able to remain standing 100% of the shift and pass a functional capacity test prior to employment.
