What You Will Do
Read and interpret design plans and specifications to accurately create forms for precast concrete structures. Construct forms with close tolerances using appropriate materials and tools, ensuring adherence to project requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum of one years’ experience in the construction field is preferred.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings and plans.
- Working knowledge of construction-related math.

- Must have the willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Ability to accept and follow directions as provided by supervisors and ask questions when needed.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
