Role OverviewWe are looking for motivated Production Associates to join our team during the 2nd or 3rd shifts. In this role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet quality standards while operating industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
What You Will Do
Perform set-up, start-up and changeover procedures for the equipment as needed. Assist in troubleshooting issues with line performance as it relates to equipment operation. Maintain downtime records during line operation.
