Job Description
We are seeking Production Associates to join our team in Brooksville for a physically demanding role on the sand line. This position involves lifting bags, working in the sand room, and supporting assembly line operations. Candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience and forklift experience are strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings preferred
  • Forklift experience highly preferred; certification is a plus
  • Comfortable with repetitive lifting of 30–50 lbs
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Punctual, dependable, and a collaborative team player
  • Must have a clean background
