Role OverviewThe Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of component parts for the final assembly of windows. The job involves working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands.
What You Will Do
Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units, support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows, and perform any workstation function using hand or power tools.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate should be able to carry out written or verbal instructions, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis. Experience in manufacturing and reading a tape measure is preferred.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
