Production Associate Textiles

Requirements

• Examines donated items for overall quality and places them in appropriate locations for pricing and distribution.
• Prepare clothing racks, bins, and other items for the store.
• Greet donors within 10 seconds in a courteous manner and assist in unloading donations.
• Maintains a neat and orderly appearance in the store and processing area.
• Correctly hangs textiles, affixes price tags, and transports merchandise on the sales floor.
• Meets hang count productivity standards and assists in achieving production and sales goals.
• Suggests improvements in material flow and job tasks to the supervisor.
• Assists with the security of the store inventory and observes all customers to reduce pilferage.
• Attends meetings and training sessions as required and adheres to all Goodwill Industries of El Paso, Inc. policies and procedures.
