Role OverviewThe Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of component parts for the final assembly of windows. The job requires working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment.
What You Will Do
Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units. May support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The job requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working with hand or power tools. Experience in manufacturing and reading a tape measure is preferred.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
