Role OverviewThe Production Attorney supports active litigation by reviewing, approving, and managing the flow of legal documents and case activity across a high-volume portfolio. This role requires strong legal judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining strict compliance with firm, client, and court requirements.
What You Will Do
Review and sign/file or reject legal pleadings, papers, motions, defaults, garnishments, discovery, etc. in furtherance of active litigation files, utilize internal proprietary software to update and document the status of each account, and evaluate case merits, assess risk exposure, and provide strategic legal recommendations.

Requirements
- Admission to practice law in the state of Texas
- Multiple state bar licenses and/or the willingness to obtain additional bar licenses as requested by the firm
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
- Ability to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
- Ability to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
- Ability to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
- Ability to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
