Role OverviewSupports audio and production needs for worship services, rehearsals, studio work, and ministry events on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate is a versatile, experienced production technician with strong competency in audio engineering, live sound reinforcement, DAW workflows, and basic AVL systems.
What You Will Do
Provide FOH, Broadcast, or A2 audio operation for Sunday services and occasional special services or events. Troubleshoot live production systems, ensure high-quality audio mixes, and provide technical support for various events.

Requirements
- 5+ years experience with professional live production or touring-grade AVL systems
- 3+ years experience mixing, editing, or engineering in live or studio settings
- Strong understanding of FOH mixing, broadcast audio, and contemporary/traditional worship contexts
- Proficiency in major DAWs (Reaper, ProTools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, etc.)
- Experience with Dante, SoundGrid, and modern digital console ecosystems
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and troubleshoot quickly during live events
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
