Role OverviewThe Production Control Coordinator ensures accuracy, timeliness, and proper prioritization of end-to-end order movement. The role involves working cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and maintain accuracy in order data, material records, and system transactions. The Production Control Coordinator reports directly to the Operations Manager, Stratford.
What You Will Do
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper prioritization of end-to-end order movement. Serve as the first point of contact for operational challenges related to order processing. Address customer service concerns, shipping delays, and intralogistics bottlenecks.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics processes, SAP EWM, and warehouse technologies. Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with WM systems and/or SAP is a plus.
Requirements
- Associate degree Required or equivalent experience (High School Diploma required)
- Operational management background preferred
- Minimum 3+ years Logistics / Automation / Manufacturing Experience
- Highly proficient computer skills including MS Office suite
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics processes, SAP EWM and warehouse technologies
- Second language is a plus
- WM systems and/or SAP experience is a plus
