Role OverviewThe Production Control Specialist to Assistant Manager is responsible for developing and managing production plans and schedules, monitoring production performance, and coordinating with various departments.

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules, monitor actual production against plan, identify capacity constraints, and develop recovery plans.

Requirements

- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
