Role Overview

The Production Control Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of a group or groups of employees, including training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, and interpreting organizational policies. This role will also involve providing data and analysis concerning departmental and individual performance, evaluating and implementing changes in methods or procedures, and planning and scheduling work for maximum effective utilization of employees, equipment, and material within budgetary, cost, and quality standards.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will oversee the production scheduling and accuracy throughout the production process, collaborate with a dynamic and diverse team, and drive production scheduling and accuracy. They will also be responsible for budgeting, controlling costs, planning, scheduling, and procedural change, and promoting methodology from the Toyota Production System to improve performance and increase efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, have experience and familiarity with JDE, and a bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain or 5 years' experience in Manufacturing/Supply Chain. They will also have a minimum of 1 year leadership experience and be able to foster a safe work environment.
