Production Controller I

Job Description
The Production Controller works with Supervisors to plan and manage production tasks to improve runtime and throughput using capacity analysis on the production line. Monitor supply and demand through ERP system while reporting out through KPIs to support the business plan. Plan and monitor material movement in production cycles to ensure continuous operations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain or a bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
  • Experience with purchasing, expediting, MRP/ERP systems, quality/continuous improvement initiatives, manufacturing safety practices and MS Office application
  • Efficient in record keeping and preparation of reports; capable of reviewing other people's work and determining accuracy and conformity to standards.
  • Strong communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
