Role OverviewAs a Production Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items in compliance with recipes, maintaining efficiency in the kitchen, and providing excellent customer service. You will work as a team to execute events, including plating and/or buffet service, and individualized attention focusing on the company's core values.
What You Will Do
Your duties will include preparing food, helping execute events, ensuring compliance with recipes, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and maintaining a sense of urgency in the kitchen. You will also be responsible for food production, aiding with execution of food service, and sanitation issues.

Requirements
- 1-2 years related experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate with both front and back of the house staff
- Ability to apply basic arithmetic to common food service applications
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- ServSafe certification preferred
