Responsibilities include weighing and measuring raw materials, operating mixers and equipment, following SOPs, and monitoring process conditions.

Requirements
- Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 60 pounds
- Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple production batches simultaneously
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with chemicals, batching processes, or manufacturing operations preferred
- Comfortable working on ladders, platforms, and at elevated heights when required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to operate, troubleshoot, and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed processes, specifications, and safety procedures
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
