The Production Cutter prepares specialty cuts of meat in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer’s expectations, following company policies and procedures, and maintaining product integrity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 months experience
  • Must follow all company policies and procedures
  • Must follow all federal, state and local HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines
