Production Data Coordinator

Requirements

• Act as the primary point of communication between shop floor operators, warehouse staff, and upper management
• Accurately maintain and update records of materials, labor, and finished products utilizing complex ERP and MES software
• Compile daily reports on production progress and build custom spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel to track data and catch early trends
• Monitor supply levels to ensure materials are always available for production and actively walk the shop floor to audit inventory and track data
• Handle deadline pressures with a cool head and resolve material delays or production bottlenecks by coordinating with the right team members
• Apply a high attention to detail for handling, documenting, and tracking all production components and maintaining accurate records at every stage of the manufacturing process
