Job Description
To create revolutionary, story-driven RPGs which go straight to the hearts of gamers — this is our mission. CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Production Director to join our team working on Cyberpunk 2, the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077 and Phantom Liberty. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in game development and production management, is organized and self-motivated, and is passionate about games.
Requirements
At least 5+ years of experience as a Lead Producer or Production Director in game development, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, successful AAA projects and managing producers.
Ability to self-drive, work autonomously, and deliver.
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, in an Agile environment.
Experience building, growing, and maintaining productive teams.
Deep understanding of the pipelines in the game development process, and proven track record of instilling process and workflows.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive and constructive attitude.
