Role OverviewHaigh-Farr is seeking an experienced Production Engineer for our 2nd Shift with a strong commitment to achieving quality work on scheduled timelines. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to facilitate the flow of product through a production environment while analyzing and improving processes.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will work within the engineering group on the 1st shift for a few months before transitioning to the production floor. Facilitate the flow of products through the production process, identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and lead projects related to the introduction of new products in production.

Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Collaborative, working with engineering, technicians, machinist, and quality control
- Proficiency in CAD software is preferred
- Ability to inspect parts using typical inspection tools and techniques
- Attention to detail at the highest level is required
- Experience in working from prints required
- Strong commitment to achieving quality work
- Team player who will pitch in where needed to get the job done
- Organized and maintain a clean working environment
