Role OverviewThe Production Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role partners with cross-functional teams to implement scalable systems, optimize material flow, and support production readiness.

Develop and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process flows; design and optimize assembly processes, line layouts, and workstation configurations; support new product introduction and process validation activities.

Requirements
- 2–7+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related field
- Experience in assembly, production environments, and process improvement initiatives
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar)
- Process mapping and workflow development
- Time studies and line balancing
- Root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone)
- Layout design (Visio, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Data analysis (Excel; Power BI preferred)
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
- Experience in ISO-regulated environments
- Experience with automation, controls, or testing systems
