Role OverviewJoin our Fastening Systems team as a Production Engineer to design, build, and validate tooling for cold-stamping stainless-steel (A286) parts, ensuring high-quality production and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Design tooling, run process-control studies, use AutoCAD/SolidWorks, analyze part progressions, work with tool-room machinists, monitor operations, enforce quality & safety standards, and resolve work-in-process issues.
