Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy and detail-oriented Production Expeditor to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate daily and weekly production schedules, expedite material shortages, manage work order documentation and coordinate material movements. You will serve as the link between planning, procurement, warehouse and manufacturing to keep operations running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Handling the end-to-end administrative flow of work orders, including printing, organizing, and distributing packets to the appropriate build areas. Working side-by-side with production leads to schedule specific build areas and ensure daily/weekly/monthly output targets are met.

Requirements
- 3+ years of production planning, scheduling, or shop floor control experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software (Business Central, NetSuite, SAP, etc) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and production documents.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
