Job Description
Oversees and supervises all component or millwork production activities for assigned shift; evaluates efficiency of work processes and implements improvements; provides on-the-job training and feedback to employees; meets with teams and lead workers to inform them of daily, weekly, monthly production goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Five (5) years experience performing and coordinating component manufacturing activities
