Job Description
Supports the Production Manager in overseeing the PLG Assembly process to produce products as efficiently as possible while maintaining the company policies and procedures. This position requires on-site presence and regular attendance to perform the essential duties.

Requirements

  • Leads shop floor personnel in a safe, secure, and high-quality production
  • Carries out work schedules in accordance with the plans of the Production Manager
  • Acquires and assesses information required for production
  • Responds to internal and external customer inquiries, offering timely solutions
  • Maintains and improves tools to support attendance and operating documentation
  • Promotes basic production goals
  • Develop and execute procedures ensuring compliance with ATF/DOT/OSHA /Local compliance and regulatory standards
  • Identifies training needs and works with the Production Manager to implement solutions
  • Reviews and addresses evaluations as needed and required for the department
  • Fills in for Production Manager when needed
  • On-Call availability required for after-hours and weekend dispatching
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
