As a Production Helper II, you will provide essential support to warehouse operations and production lines, ensuring materials are accurately staged, inventory is properly managed, and production areas remain organized, safe, and efficient.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift certification with 1–2 years of experience operating material handling equipment
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and FIFO practices
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in variable environmental conditions (heat, cold, dock areas)
  • Comfortable working around hazardous materials
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well with diverse teams
