Role Overview

Hourly Production Workers are responsible for ensuring products are consistently manufactured safely and meet customer specifications. They perform a key role in the company's operations, completing mandatory safety trainings and assisting with product reconditioning as needed.

What You Will Do

Use an assortment of tools, operate heavy equipment, bag and box product, and inspect meat or meat products and/or packaging. Must work hands-on at high speed, lift over 50 pounds, and keep work areas clean.

Ideal candidates must be agile and willing to shift focus and energies as business demands change. Must have at least 3 months of relevant experience in manufacturing or construction within the last 5 years.

Requirements

  • At least 3 months of relevant experience in manufacturing or construction within the last 5 years
  • Work regularly in temperatures near or below freezing
  • Work in damp or cold conditions
  • Work in areas that require lifting, pulling, or pushing 50 lbs.
  • Work with sharp knives or a cutting tool
  • Willing and capable of working overtime when necessary
  • Available to work day and nights
  • Willing and capable of working Saturdays
