Role OverviewAs a Production Laborer, you will support daily manufacturing operations by assisting with stripping, setting up, and pouring beds in a safe and efficient manner. This role works closely with Quality Control and supervision to ensure products meet quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
What You Will Do
Work with co-workers to strip, set up, and pour beds in a timely and efficient manner, Collaborate with the Quality Control Department to ensure optimal product quality, Follow directions from the Team Leader and Supervisor, and Maintain a safe work environment and strong housekeeping practices at all times.
