Role OverviewThe Production Lead will assist the Production Manager, train machine operators, and lead the workforce to maintain a safe environment, promote a clean work environment, and maintain a high quality standard. This role will oversee crews, ensure cooperation among crew members, and maintain morale.
What You Will Do
Train and cross-train employees on machinery and processes, ensure necessary tools and materials are available, oversee crews, and address questions, concerns, and problems expressed by the crew.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior work experience in the corrugated industry (preferred)
- Lift Truck Operator License (may be required)
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups
