Role OverviewThe Production Lead will oversee the day shift production team, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. The role requires a strong, hands-on leader who can drive performance, foster teamwork, and help the team achieve daily production goals.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include assisting the Production Supervisor, monitoring daily attendance, evaluating individual performance, and training personnel to ensure standards are met. The Production Lead will also assist with scheduling personnel, monitor equipment operations, and communicate breakdowns to maintenance.
Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements
- Must be able to work the scheduled shift of Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Experience with packaging machinery and production operations preferred
- Effective communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, math, and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to lift moderate weight and move skids as needed
- Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing is a plus
- Additional post-high school education preferred but not required
