Role OverviewThe Production Lead Person will serve as a team leader for one of our production lines, working closely with employees, supervisors, maintenance, and other departments to create a positive and productive work environment.
What You Will Do
As a Production Lead Person, you will promote and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, food safety, housekeeping, and GMP compliance, lead and support team members, and monitor production processes.

Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
- A team-first attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
- The ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Basic math skills
- The ability to read, write, and understand English
- The ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to stand for up to 10-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
