Job Description
As a Production Lead for Cirkul, you will be responsible for driving production and ensuring employees meet shift goals within the rotary department. The role will support the shift supervisor to ensure all employees are trained and have proper daily communication.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Excel
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Experience utilizing warehouse equipment
  • Willingness to work hard and demonstrate resilience
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
