Role Overview

The Production Lead oversees, monitors, and coordinates production team activities, giving importance to individual member's and overall team's achievement of established goals. The role is part of a team that oversees production in a company that designs, manufactures, and distributes custom emergency response vehicles, cabs, and chassis. The team is committed to safety, innovation, and quality.

What You Will Do

Manage hourly and daily needs for the process at hand, ensure team's goals are aligned with the company's overall goals, and lead activities to resolve issues needing corrective action. The role also involves allocating resources, managing process flow, and solving problems to ensure objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Oversee a minimum of three (3) employees
