Role OverviewAssist supervisors in the operations of shift production, ensuring product safety, legality, and quality. Demonstrate competency in all on-the-job activities and promote positive relations and interdepartmental communication.
What You Will Do
Ensure production employees are trained, review records and procedures, perform continuous inspection of products, and maintain a safe working environment. May occasionally work in place of employees out sick or on vacation.
